Half-peaches are introduced into the feeding and hopper and, inside it, they are carried to the tilting device through an advancing/alignment system (shuffle feeder).
During the transfer, the product, having its hollow part oriented downwards, is lined up and then conveyed to the tilting system. The peach tilting device moves half-fruits row into the conveyor flight, positioning their hollow part upwards. The conveyor advances with an intermittent movement, which is synchronized with the product receipt from the tilting device and with the repitting phases. On each conveyor flight there is an eight-cups row to accommodate half-fruits.
During the conveyor advance authorized personnel must control that the tilting device has positioned the half-fruit correctly on the cup bottom. Half-peaches must have their hollow part oriented upwards. In the repitting station the eight head units, equipped with knives, provide with the pit separation from the pulp.
