Benefits

When the peaches have empty or fragile stones, the pitting systems currently in use break the stones, producing pit fragments stuck to the pulp, hard to remove in the sorting section.

Thanks to the new patented system “Zero Pit Fragments”, the stages of the process have been inverted: immediately after the pre-cutting section, the peaches are pitted while they are still whole and afterwards they are cut in halves, so stones are already separated from the pulp. This allows to remove empty and fragile stones without producing pit fragments.

The new automatic continuous orientation system (patented internationally) guarantees a percentage of well oriented fruits equal to the torque pitting system (average efficiency of 90%) needing no manpower, unlike the non-continuous aligning systems.
